Our Story
Marcus Briley grew up in Washington County and spent his apprenticeship learning the specific plumbing challenges of NW Arkansas homes — from the aging galvanized pipes in older Fayetteville bungalows to the modern PEX systems in Bentonville's new construction neighborhoods.
In 2009, he opened Ozark Plumbing Co. with one truck and a goal to be the plumber he'd always wanted as a homeowner — someone who answers his own phone, shows up when promised, and prices honestly.
Today, Ozark Plumbing Co. employs a team of licensed plumbers serving over 2,500 homeowners and businesses across NW Arkansas — maintaining the same standards Marcus set on day one.
